Asparagus - Steamed
Ingredients
- 1 bunch asparagus spears
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups water
Directions
Place the water in the bottom half of a steamer pan set. Add salt and butter, and bring to a boil.
Cut off the dry ends off the asparagus.
Place them in the top half of the steamer. Steam for 5 minutes or until asparagus is tender.
Toss the asparagus with a teaspoon of olive oil and little lemon zest. (Just the peel!)
