Buckwheat Porridge


  • 1 cup of Buckwheat Groats
  • 1 cup of Milk
  • 2 cups of Water
  • 1/2 cup of Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup of Fruit


  1. Using a food processor, grind the buckwheat groats for five seconds. Pour them in to a sauce pan along with the milk and water. Bring this to a boil.

  2. Stir until it thickens, three minutes. Add the fruit and peanut butter and stir until it is well combined.

  3. Serve with nuts and fruit on top. A dollop of nut better will add richness.
