Ingredients:
- 1 1/3 lb ground turkey
- 1 tablespoon sage, chopped
- 1 egg white
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 4 sliced mild cheddar
- 1 whole avocado
- 4 whole wheat buns (or gluten free)
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 4 golden potatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
Fries
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Rinse the golden potatoes and cut each one in half and then in thirds. Toss with olive oil and salt and roast for 40 minutes.
Meanwhile set your grill to medium-high heat.
Mix the turkey, salt, egg, and sage. Form into four 1/3 lb patties and refrigerate for 20 minutes. Place each one on the grill and let them cook 8 minutes each side.
Cut each roll in half and butter the insides. When the burgers are done turn the grill off and top each patty with cheddar cheese, let the cheese melt with grill top closed. At this time place all the rolls face down on the grill to toast.
Serve with avocado slices and fries. Enjoy!
