Serves 4
Ingredients:
- 1 head Watercress, rinsed
- 1/4 cup olive oil dressing
- 1 cup baby red radishes, rinsed
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1/2 tablespoon kosher salt
Begin by rinsing the watercress and radishes very well. Now slice very thin each radish.
Cut off all the stems from the watercress, and toss in a bowl with the almonds, radishes, salt, and dressing. You can buy sliced almonds at any grocery store.
