Seared Salmon

Ingedients:

  • 4 (6 ounce) fillets salmon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • Preheat a large heavy skillet over medium heat for 3 minutes.

    Coat the salmon with olive oil and place inside the skillet. Sear the salmon for three minutes and then turn overand sear for 5 minutes, or until browned. Remove the salmon from the pan and let it rest for 5 minutes.

    Served with Blanched Asparagus, Brown Rice, and Brown butter Walnut sauce
