Burritos - Chicken or Steak

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • 4 tortillas
  • 2 chicken breast or 1 pound grilled strip steak, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons guacamole
  • 1/2 cup queso fresco
  • 2 cups lettuce, shredded
  • 1 can pinto beans, rinsed well
  • 1/4 cup black olives, chopped
  • Make tortilla dough 1 hour before begin.

    Grill your steak or chicken for seven minutes each side. Use a little cumin and salt to season the meat. If you cannot use cumin then use coriander.

    While the meat rests, cook your tortillas.

    Chop your meat into 1/4 inch cubes. Fill 4 tortillas with equal parts of each ingredient and enjoy.
