Ingredients:
- 2 1-pound strip steak
- 1 tbl kosher salt
Preheat grill or broiler (medium-high heat)
Brush both sides of the steak with oil. Salt and grill or broil for 7 minutes each side for medium. Transfer to work service to rest for five minutes. Thinly slice steak. Enjoy.
TIP: Serve with cucumber salad.
