Ingredients:
- 2 unpeeled cucumbers - cut into 1/4 cubes
- 2 teaspoons of minced ginger*
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon of minced garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon organic sesame oil (optional) olive oil will work
Easy preperation. Cut the cucumber, minced the garlic and ginger, toss in a bowl with salt. Enjoy.
TIP: Goes very well with grilled strip steak
