Creamy Tarragon Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped tarragon or 1 tablespoon dried
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic finely minced
  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • Equipment needed: bowl, whisk & container with tight lid

    Mix in a bowl the olive oil, honey, garlic, mayonnaise, and salt. When this mixture is combined, add the tarragon and mix lightly.

    TIP: Serve with grilled romaine lettuce.

    It sounds good but thought i read on that mayo is a no no. Did yo have any feed back cuz sure miss dressing?

    When it comes to the IC diet, everyone is different. Mayo is for some an irritant, but if you follow my recipe to homemade mayo you may be able to eat it. Just click on the link below.
