Roasted Garlic

Ingredients:

  • 1 head of garlic
  • 1 tbl olive oil
  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees

    Peel and separate all of the garlic cloves. Gather a piece of tin foil, 6 x 6 inches. Cup your hand and place the tin foil on top, and with your other hand mold the tin foil into your palm. You should have a little bowl of tin foil. Now load in the garlic and spoon in the olive oil. Crimp the top, but leave just enough room for the steam to escape.

    Bake for 30-35 minutes, until golden brown!
