
Ingredients:
Crust - Whole wheat pizza dough
Sauce - white pizza sauce
Toppings
- 1 chicken breast - grilled & chopped
- 2 cups lactose free mozzarella
- 1/4 cup roasted garlic
- 2 large handfuls of fresh spinach
Begin by making the crust.
Now make the sauce.
To build and bake your pizza
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Note you will need a large pizza pan for this
Before you stretch the dough, make sure you oil the pizza pan first. Now begin by turning the pizza dough in your hands, allowing the weight of the pizza dough to stretch itself. When the pizza dough fits the pan, create the crust by pinching the outer rim with your thumb and pointer finger. Brush the dough with olive oil, and poke many holes, using a fork, in the dough.
Now ladle one cup of white sauce over the crust, be sure to cover the entire surface. Sprinkle 1 1/2 cups of mozzarella cheese, and then spread the spinach evenly above the mozzarella. Now as evenly as you can, sprinkle the roasted garlic over the pizza. Top the spinach and garlic, with the remaining mozzarella and grilled chicken.
Bake for 15 minutes on the middle rack.
