    HI Daniel,

Thank you so much for all these great recipes. My biggest challenge until now has been figuring out what to make that I can eat and my family can eat. Question, what is coffee substitute and where can i find it. Thank you. Denise

  2. Chef Daniel says:

Coffe substitute can easily be found at any grocery store, look for brands like Cafix. The substitute is made from roasted chicory root, you will be suprised by its flavor. Very good.

Hi there, great recipes… being an IC person, I had a lot of trouble drinking anything but water… till I found Organo Gold Healthier coffee, made with ganoderma, if anyone is interested I can give you the website, it tastes great and has hardly no bad acids in it… good luck to all living with IC, to be pain free is so wonderful, and I love that there is a web site with amazing recipes just for us, thank-you Daniel!
