Ingredients:
- 1 cans garbanzo beans
- ½ cup olive oil
- 2 Tbl tahini paste
- 1 Tbl fresh oregano
- 1 tsp kosher salt
You will need a food processor.
Drain and rinse the garbanzo beans. Add all ingredients to the food processor and puree until smooth. You may need to add water to loosen the hummus to your desire.
